And I'm glad to see my feeling...I loved it too! And I'm glad to see my feelings about Whit are not alone. I kinda have to disagree with you on George, though. I always pictured him as a little more sharp (but maybe that's from seeing Gary Sinise do the role). His facial features were too soft for me to play George (not that he could help that) and his voice was too soft as well - he reminded me of Guffey too much for me to take him too seriously. All in all, though, I loved the play. This troupe is doing "Taming of the Shrew" too, and my kids are going to read that in the spring. I'm going to see if I can get my principal to get them to come to the school and do the performance before National Players start up their new crew - my kids need more theatre in their lives (they didn't know what the intermission was...sadness).Stephnoreply@blogger.com
